At Hismile™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  Ship the Items

  Send your return back to our fulfillment center using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery and processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
